In Oblivion each user profile could save their control configuration in the Oblivion.ini file:

In Skyrim you can not do that because the control settings for all users is stored in the file C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\skyrim\ControlMap_Custom.txt and is not profile specific. Is there plans to fix this for PC users of this great game or is their something I could add to either the Skyrim.ini or SkyrimPrefs.ini file under controls. I have three people playing the game with different control options and it will be a pain to copy the ControlMap_Custom.txt file for each user. Any help would be appreciated or any future patch that would enable controls configuration to be the same as Oblivion.

This may have to be done with a mod. When the CK comes out, see if this can be done in there.
