I've noticed that on my latest playthrough a lot of the treasure chests from the maps are not spawning. I find the map, open it and head to the right location to find the chest isn't there. I know I'm in the right location because I've gotten these chests on previous playthroughs. I don't know if the patch broke these or if it was always a bug that existed.

Does anyone know a way to get them to appear?

This is a community-confirmed bug with Patch 1.2 which will hopefully be fixed in the patch they're releasing next week. Some people are even claiming treasure chests that were there before have disappeared.
