Freezes and lockups when looting and buying items

On my latest character who happens to be at level 47 I started noticing an unpleasant problem with my gaming experience.

I notice that right after I kill my enemy and loot their bodies that it locks up for a moment and then gives me the menu. It locks up whenever I remove an item from them. This also includes adding and removing items from chests and from store merchants. When I go to my items, it gives me the same lockup problem with an addition to pressing the favorite key.

I removed all of the mods that I had installed, but it didn't seem to fix the problem. I then started a new character to see if the problem is still there and the problem seem to vanished as if nothing had happen.

Can anyone help me with this issue? I honestly don't want to be creating a whole new character just to solve this problem.

My post may seem to be rude but I'm very frustrated with skyrim right now.

I've spent so much hours on a character to end up having nothing but problems with freezes and lags when I loot ones body, or buying items from merchants.

I submitted my issue on the PC section http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1342901-freezes-and-lockups-when-looting-and-buying-items/ and nobody seems to know how to fix this problem. If only Bethesda lazy technical support reps could actually take the time and effort to reply to peoples issues.

I thought I would get away from all of this problem if I created a new character, which I did. Come to find out that the lag came back, but in a form of where I travel and fight with my enemies. I am doing more dying than ever because of this god forsaken lag that I'm experiencing.

It's incredible how people here spend more than 200 hours playing this game, and not experience at least 1 bug or issue.

I'm just curious for us who are experiencing so many problems with skyrim if we received a defeated CD with corrupted files?

Mind you that my computer isn't that old; it's less than a year old to the exact.

My specs are:
CPU: Intel® Core? i7-2600K 3.40 GHz 8M Intel Smart Cache LGA1155
HDD: 1TB SATA-III 6.0Gb/s 32MB Cache 7200RPM HDD
MEMORY: 8GB (2GBx4) DDR3/1600MHz Dual Channel Memory Module
MOTHERBOARD: * [CrossFireX/SLI] GigaByte GA-Z68A-D3H-B3 Intel Z68 Chipset DDR3 ATX MB w/ Lucid Virtu + Intel Smart Response Technology & 7.1 Dolby Home Theater Audio, GbLAN, USB3.0, 2x SATA-III RAID, 2 Gen2 PCIe, 3 PCIe X1 & 2 PCI
POWERSUPPLY: 1,000 Watts - CoolerMaster Silent Pro Gaming 80 Plus Power Supply
VIDEO: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti 1GB 16X PCIe Video Card

So my computer is well equipped to handle Skyrim.

Skyrim is a great game... when it works.

Well just validate the game?
If you're unlucky and it checks out...well sorry to tell you that you don't have any corrupt files =/
