Performance after HD texture pack install : V

As we all know Skyrim does not have stellar performance, 1.4 patch remedy some issues for a lot of people, but I would like to know how it performs after the HD texture pack. Please whoever installed it already, post your FPS pre and post the install

OK I went to Whiterun and ran around jumping like an idiot.

And for me I seen it got from as high as 61 down to 48 depending on what I was doing with no high res pack. With the high res pack it went as low as 44 FPS depending on what I was doing. In my opinion it isnt doing much to hurt FPS
What it is suffering is loading times. Leaving Breezehome took over twice as long with the high res pack than without.

How can I stop the install of the HD pack, it's too long, §I'll install that another day ????

ps : I've waited all the day to contenu my game that I started this weekend and now I can't play, I'll be mad !!!
