Conjuration + Spell Absorption = No

I havn't seen this braught up yet but basically when you try to summon an Atronach while having spell absorption (via Alteration perks or the Atronach Stone) you can absorb the buff and thus the spell fails. Given that the Atronach is pretty much the best stone on the game by a long stretch for Mage characters from early to near end this really hurts the spell school.

So if anyone is noticing that their summon Atronach spells are failing a lot it's probably because you have Spell Absorption.

Hope this gets fixed soon because it really puts me off using Conjuration.

I have seen it brought up barely, but I am hoping they add this to their bug list to be fixed. I think your heals can also be absorbed.

Speaking of heals, I tried to heal that wandering traveler guy (the bard) after he was attacked by a vampire. He went hostile on me and tried to kill me. For healing him. Ungrateful swine!

I am kind of baffled that they are considered a buff that can be absorbed.

I've had a few people turn hostile after healing them. It's pretty annoying.

No, MrBigglesworth, you are the Atronach!

And then, MrBigglesworth was a Daedra.
