I got the Shout from there long ago and just went back there for a radiant quest given in Dawnstar. When I approach the wall, I noticed it still makes that sound like when you're learning/absorbing a word. Is that a glitch?

It happens sometimes.

I think it must be a glitch, because I never got that noise again when I went back to a word wall I already went to.
