Urag gro-Shub won't talk to me about the Elder Scrolls.

I'm doing the MQ, "Elder Knowledge" to be more specific. UI've gotten to the part where I have to speak with someone at the College of Winterhold. The quest marker is RIGHT over Urag's head. I'm not sure if he has split personalities and the one that knows about the Elder Scroll isn't here or what. Help please :(

Shout at him some more, he's the guy you've got to talk to. Re-enter the area if not?

I believe you can just skip him go north of the college to septimus signus outpost the deadric quest there nets you the scroll

Tried that, no luck. Then I tried fast-traveling, sleeping, then coming back. Still no dice. Possible that on my disk, Urag is working with Alduin?

If you started the Elder Knowledge Quest it leads you directly to the Elder Scrolls if thats what your asking about

Did you read the books he brings out for you? Like on the table he bring out before you tried to talk to him again?
