If you delete them, Steam might just try to download them again later.

So that 4 files are all files from that DLC ? I think it will download them again until i will verify the game cache...

Yeah those are the 4 files downloaded when the DLC came out, you can delete them and the pack will be gone, but as other people have said STEAM will most likely redownload them when an update comes out or you verify your cache.

You may be able to revoke the DLC via STEAM support?

Yeah this i am thinking about, is possible to remove the DLC from my Skyrim game pinned to my account ? To revoke the DLC..

I've already put a question on Steam support, i don't know if i will get a answer, because Steam i don't think have some chat, like EA Games.

So, it's possible for Steam staff to remove the DLC from my account ??

Because i will re-download the game many times when i will reinstall my OS, and Steam will download the game AND the HD Textures as well, i don't want to, because i have my own textures from nexus in a textures folder.

So, it's possible ?

It's perfectly possible for support to revoke the DLC from your account, just give it some time and they should reply.
