The only places i can seem to get them from are:
Nirayne, The Thieves Guild fence in Windhelm sometimes sells a few (Very rare though).
Dwarven Master Centurions drop them too.

Are there anymore places/people where i can get more Daedric arrows from ?

Don't remember is it was ebony or Daedric... but the shop next to the blacksmith in Solitude is a fletcher and sells ebony or daedric.

Dwemer Centurions usually have them (But I am level 54 so it's probably level related)

Give one to your follower, remove all other weapons but a bow and then go hunting. It may take a few kills but you'll have a few more arrows. You can also swap arrows via pickpocketing the Solitude guards who practicing their archery skill. That is a faster way to acquire them.
