Not sure if this is the right forum but whenever I attempt to make something in the crafting menu (at the anvil, ect.) the list of creatable items is like, way to the right instead of centered. How do I fix this?

Sounds like a problem with your config files. Try deleting/moving all your current .ini files and letting the game regenerate them.
