What's the deal with the headless horseman? I was running around Dragon Bridge town or something and ran into this headless horseman that didn't want to talk to me... so what's the deal with him? (or her, i guess...)

There's not really a 'deal' with him as far as I can tell, he just leads you to what I think is his body.

If you follow him, he'll take you to Hamvir's Rest and there's supposed to be better loot in the big chest there than when you stumble upon the place yourself.
