I was a level 30 Assassin build when I met Tsun at the end of the main quest line. I found out quickly he won't let you go in sneak mode for easy 30x dagger damage attacking and if you pop an invis potion, his health will reset and if you come out in sneak mode he'll spot you immediately.

I guess Cicero's armor wasn't the best choice of armor value to take big hits...hmmm

Well Intersted to know how many people cheated to get past him or actually killed him. I took his aggroed self down to the water and kind of hopped in front of the waterfall until he power attacked me and i moved and jumped on dry land as he went over the waterfall.

Bam peace out, guess you dont have the heavy armor fall damage perk!!

This guy gave me a significant ammount of trouble as well. His detection rating is ludicrous. I was using a ranged stealth character so it was probably easier than trying to melee. Before he finished his conversion I bravely ran away and hid on the ledge to his right. Then I launched a 3x arrow at him while he searched the platform for me. The damage was enough to take him below half health and complete the quest.

He hit hard, but I hit harder. Dual wielding power attacks cut him down pretty good before he got two hits in.

Just because I'm an assassin doesn't mean I can't take a punch.

Just cast paralyze and kill him.
