Although, I did learn that I can stack the Worn Shrouded Cowl, the Ancient Shrouded Cowl and the regular DB cowl all at the same time and have an armour rating of almost 300 today which was pretty cool. But, it would get even higher if I could improve the worn one also. Plus, Bethesda really needs to fix the bug that makes the Worn and the Ancient cowls invisible and remove my hairstyle when I equip them on my Khajiit.

Why can't I improve the Worn Shrouded Armour?
