Well I have a strange bug where my little toon is walking around with no head. All I can see is her neck with all the bone/muscle sticking up.

Known problem that happens if an enemy NPC uses a decapitate move on the player character that would have been fatal, but the player uses something (ie potion, spell) that prevents dying before the decapitate move has finished.

It actually does, but:
1) It leaves a scar on your neck, as if the head was cut off and then placed back.
2) When you reload or (sometimes) fast-travel, it falls off (http://img851.imageshack.us/img851/6852/headlessg.png) or stays fixed, when you move (http://i.stack.imgur.com/NxBfz.jpg).

I searched the internet for a solution but haven't found one yet. Currently only these things are known for sure:
- It can happen if you manage to restore your health after decapitation animation but before your character actually dies. It can also happen if you use Toggle Immortal Mode (TIM) console command.
- Not only don't you see your head, your shouts become silent! =((
- sixchange and Showracemenu don't help (well they do but only till you reload the game and the scar on the neck is frustrating)
- Becoming werewolf and turning back helps but still only until reload
- There must be some sort of _flag_ the game sets, when you're decapitated. If there's a way to set this flag back to 0, it should help. The questions are - WHAT is this flag and HOW can one alter its value?

Bethesda, please help! The question is vital for a great deal of people - I've discovered similar discussions on multiple forums:
