So standing naked, fireball costs me 41.

With Archmage robes -15% plus a -23% cost ring It brings it down to 35.

But wait, I take the ring off and it remains at 35.

I take the robes off and put the ring on and it goes back up to 41.

I put different robes on with 23% reduction and the total drops to 32.

Put the ring on again and it stays at 32.



It's not counting my ring at all.


I did some math to check it. It's taking of 15% for the Arch mage stuff, and 23% for the robe I enchanted respectively. The ring does not change it at all.


Is it something to do with the order things are being put on? Does the cost change even if it does not display? Is this a glitch?


*edit* I confirmed its not doing anything by looking at my magica bar in the skills menu after casting with and without the ring.

Made a circlet with the same enchantment, that works. Why does the ring not?
