I just chased a Dragon up Eldersblood peak.

I killed it and it's Soul didn't transfer to me.

As I approached the Dragon word Wall on the summit it didn't do anything either.
Is this normal or is it a bug?

I'm just curious if not having this word in my inventory is going to gimp me now .
Will the area reset after a period of time so I can retry going up there?

I am also having a bug with this area/quest. Once I get there, I get the new Shout word, the dragon wont engage me and flies erracticly, sometimes into very far off distances and just freezes. On some occasions he will fly directly into the mountain and get stuck inside. I did once manage to "kill" the
dragon when he was frozen mid-air, but he just continued to fly around with no health. So I can't even kill the darn thing.
