I actually quite like the thalmor as a faction though for rp purposes i'm usually against them. Unless i'm on my altmer or kajiit then i'm all for them.

All of those work except number 3. Daedric artifacts don't work that way, if they don't like who their current owner is, they have a tendency to disappear. Hence why they usually have to be earned by gaining a Prince's favor.
