I found a door near the champions building and the only waty to get to it is by use the noclip console
cheat "TCL", as you can see in the Pic below the door is clearly visable but won't open.
Is there a quest or something that will open it as the last screenshot shows no actual room under the rock
when No clipping. even the 'unlock' console command dosen't work, so im not sure if it's actually a door or not,
but it dose have a clear outline of what looks to be a door and there is a chest inside that has some good weapons in it.

They're called the Companions, and yes, it's part of their quest line. Do a quest or two for them and you'll get to go in.

K I have done a bunch of quest for them but haven't gotten them to let me in yet, I just hope the quest to open the chest and take the items isn't broken seeing as I already have everything from it.

That door is a 'portal' door, if you know what I mean. You click it - BANG - loading screen. It's part of the Companion's Guild.

Don't worry about breaking anything, you won't see that chest. The way TES merchants work is that there is a chest with their gold and inventory but it's in an unreachable place, (ie. clipped through a rock or literally under the store). That way, the game keeps track of what merchants have, by what's in the chest. It is probably the blacksmith from the Skyforge whose chest it is; someone Grey-mane I think his name is.

You mean if i was to sell the stuff i stole back to him and go and steal it again I could get really rich
as it would keep lplacing it back there after every sale.

PS: Slightly off topic but I bet that gets fixed in the next patch, when it has no effect on the main story and dosen't warrent fixing(at this point), I just hope they fix the gameplay bug first then the graphics as there cosmetic and can be tweaked with mods when the CK comes out, broken quests should be a at the top of there list.

Edit: Me game just crashed a min ago and i just did that mission was off to re join the woman in that mission whate evre her name is, I fast traveled back to Chap hHQ and it CTD on me.

They can't "fix" it, that's how all shops keep their inventories. In fact, I bet if you no clip into the ground by the smith by the town gates, you'll find her inventory.
