Hi, all, I've recently started smithing, and has a set of fortify smith armor (just +22%). Now when I tried to make the deadric armor, the armor value (chest) is always 83.

I've tried to use the enchanted set w / wo potion( + 120% fortify smith). Is this a bug? Or something I am missing?

(just quick note, I have mostly the necessary perks)

Armor value for crafting will always be the same. Potions and skill only affect while upgrading weapons and armor.
