There are none good things. So far all I found was a chest near a watery cave, some chests with steel stuff near sunken boats.. and.. clam.. Slaughterfish, commoner fishes also.

But nothing else.

In the prerelease days someone who played the game at one of those conventions said they found an underwater city. Was that a lie?

Found a sunken ship with some gems in it, near this argonian salvager NPC (who incidentally has gems in his campsite). Can't remember the name of the cave, but I think it was for a quest near Solitude.

Found Pilgrim's Trench too - nothing of real value there.

Basically haven't found anything of real value in the water yet, except for a unique book in Ilanta's Deep.
