I have to intimidate a guy in solitude but when i go there he is on the boat (redwave) when i go in they all tell me that i shouldnt be in here, Ive waited hours there and he never seems to leave is this a bug anybody else had this problem?

This one is bugged - NPC should interact and give you the option to rough him up. Problem is he only does so if you can lure him out of the cabin by punching him. This gets a little painful.... in order to talk to him you then need to lure him far enough from the door so that you can surrender to a guard then sprint back to him and talk before he goes back in. He prefers to attack with a bow and arrow while most of his crew (who you will also aggro when you punch him) come right at you. I have not been successful in geting back to him in time either because the guards catch me too soon and he is too close to the cabin door still, or because his crew blocks the dock making running back in time damn near impossible. It is possible - my luck just svcks.

Try to either delete corrpted save files if you have one... believe my quest worked on this one after a few trys.
