NOt sure but when I return to the compagnion guild and start a new job Vilkas says its a personal thing he wants me to be part of.. He needs to cleans himself.. so I said Ill join him.. but when we get outside he doesn't follow me and when I ask him to follow he says somebody else is following me. but last companion I send away before entering the place. strange thing is inside the building I have a quest mark were we need to go to ( the place to cleans yourself from being a werewolf).. outside the quest-mark is gone. am i doing something wrong? also the quest purified ( think thats how its called) disappears from my quest log

I just checked its called Purity ooooopsss.. hope someone knows how to fix this quest!
