There are some clothes listed in the UESP wiki that I cannot for the life of me find. I know Noctournal's Clothes are unique to her, but some others I'd love to find.

Embellished Robes
Embroidered Garment
Tavern Clothes (I know you can get one from the vampire woman but is that all, short of murder/pickpocketing?)
Fur-Trimmed Cloak
Fine Raiment
Noble Clothes
Red Robes
Refined Tunic

Any help finding those is appreciated.

In Solitude, one of the first shops on your right is the Radiant Raiment, which sells clothing and robes.

Old Hrolden (East of Markath, high on the mountain above the Karth river). Rent a room, and raid the closet/end tables. Also, the Mage's quarters (Hall of Attainment) has various races amongst the students. Use sneak/invisible to raid their closets/end tables. Once you become Thane of Whiterun, you can raid the Jarl's quarters for some finery.

Soem of this can be purchased in Soitude from the two sisters that runt he Raiment store there.

I know I found Noble clothes somewhere, but I cannot remember where ><. And I've pickpocketed Tavern clothes off of a lady in the Markarth inn/tavern/thing. The rest don't really sound familiar. I think I always just seem to find Blue Robes instead of red ones.

Radiant Raiment has never sold anything I listed, I check them all the time. Either that or I'm very unlucky. I have one of each of the normal generic "Fine clothes" and "Clothes" items and that Radiant Raiment Fine Clothes, which looks just like one of the others anyway. Also been Thane of just about everywhere and none of their rooms, or the students in the Winterhold College have had anything new. >_<
