Post your specs. More than likely you have some under powered PC components that could use an upgrade.

What do you mean by stuttering? There seems to be a problem, even for users of a high end pc's when you move the house there is a stutter. Has nothing to do with your pc as far as I know. I have tried many fixes for it and nothing work, and upon further investigation it appears to be a problem for many people and Bethesda has even said they are looking into it. And no I am not going to sort through millions of post to find the one that stated that, sorry do your own research :)

My guess is that you shouldn't "move the house."

If instead the previous poster meant to type "mouse" instead of house, there are many reports of stuttering being more noticeable in first person than in third person mode. There are also reports of "microstutter" being an issue with multi-GPU configurations. There is also an often-cited issue referred to as the "64Hz bug" that has plagued gamebryo-engine games. I have a single GTX 580 and I don't encounter either form of stuttering, but I limit my frame rate to 59 FPS (I have a 60Hz display). I don't know of any solutions to stuttering linked to multi-GPU configurations, but I would imagine this would be up to the driver manufacturer to address. I doubt this is something Bethesda is able to do something about.

I would suggest either using a frame rate limiter or play Skyrim in a window to force the frame rate to conform to your display's refresh rate. Only then will you be able to diagnose this issue further.
