All the sudden it seems I cannot power attack anymore with my weapon. Normal swings also are very slow.
Searching on this topic did not reveal much, some think its related to water and going in and back out of water resolves it. This did not work.
Anyone have any ideas?
I think I may try backing up my saved and re-installing the whole game, I have a bad feeling this is not going to work tho as the save game is most likely corrupted.

Try a few diff weapons? any weapon perks? I know the dual wield speed perk in the 1h tree was maybe still is bugged
Not a console command wizard but I am sure if it is tied to a flaw in a perk you can change it with commands
