ModPCMiscStat console command doesn't work; do I have any ot : V

I am playing a good character and am trying to maintain a completely clean Crime record (I want everything in the Crime stats page to be 0).

It seems to be the ModPCMiscStat console command isn't working (GetPCMiscStat does work however).

The reason I need this... (quest spoiler):

I am doing the quest called http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:The_Raid and as you can tell in the wiki entry, the game considers you are trespassing into the warehouse even if you have the key.

Any workarounds?

Meh... I gave up, fired the CK, and modded the problem cell to remove its owner.

For those who didn't open the spoiler: the issue was that the quest wrongly flags me as trespassing when technically (based on how the quest is playing out) I am not.

Good thing we have the CK for crappy situations like this...
