Reproducing NPC's at character creation?

Post » Wed May 30, 2012 9:27 am

Fairly straightforward question, while I rather like my Kratos-with-a-skin-tan Redgaurd, I want to start a female character, but honestly... The only "attractive" female NPC look I've seen is Astrid, and I wanted to use that as a base-line and then modify it as I see fit.. Is there any way to do this? Console commands? I've no idea.

If it's like all the previous BGS games since Morrowind, there are more and finer tuned controls in the Creation Kit, so it may not be possible to duplicate an NPC. Eventually tools will come out that offer more freedom, or you'll be able to create in the CK and import into a character. These options are PC only and are probably a few months off, though.

I've seen some amazing player characters, though. Better looking than anyone in Skyrim. You should definitely be able to get something you like. Start with one you like, and be patient. It's kind of like a mini-game.

Are you on the PC? If so there are mods and saved games out there that would put Astrid to shame.

Yes, I'm on PC (console command reference gave that away I thought).
