Im reached level 100 in Smithing, 80 in Enchant and 80 in Alchemy so i got every recommand Perk to make good Alchemy armor to get good weapons.

The Problem is that i can only make an 20% Gear and 25% Enchant Potion, and in every tutorial video that i find they make 28% gear with the same perks and potions that im use,
