Met him at the Ragged Flagoon, he told me to meet the three people, but he ran out the door behind me before the current quest ended and the new quest started. When I try to talk to him in the market he tells me to meet him at the flagoon. I tried shouting at him to make him follow me there but it doesnt work or im not doing it right. Anyone have any ideas, other than loading an old save?

To the best of my knowledge there is no workaround.

The mods keep moving these threads even though they are bug related.
Mine got moved the other day too.
