I completed the Imperial quest line a while back, and have thus far been unable to do Blood on the Ice.

While searching for Wuunferth (Still have not found him, I think I found the blood on the Ice problem...) in Windhelm, I found that I could sleep in every bed in the Palace (even the Jarl's bed, while he was sleeping in it!), and use all the containers without stealing. I have yet to test if they are safe, but if they are, then I have found an amazing alternative to Hjerm for all those who are afflicted with the Blood on the Ice problem.

Imagine, having a whole palace for your own use!

If someone could check these containers for their safety, that would be great.

Also, does anyone know where Wuunferth is, I want to talk with him, but he isn't in his room, even at 2 am.
