My level for one handed was 67 and now when I look at it in the skills menu the writing is in red, and says it's level 20. I don't have any diseases either and checked if it had something to do with my equipment but I couldn't see anything wrong with my equipment. Anyone know what's happened?

It's a minor bug. Level your one-handed skill and it will return to the proper skill amount.
