Tried to dismiss my follower and I get this error message "Couldn't find this followers actorRefs to dismiss!" I can't dismiss my follower at all. WTF does that mean and how do I solve it? My follower is a simple customly created npc.

This is like the second time I get a game breaking follower glitch/error its really pissing me off, I can't play this stupid game without it freaking out.
