didn't know bugs for this existed, though not surprised of course. I read that the looping wind sound is very common, only I've never experienced that issue before.

Mine is that it just stopped working out of the blue. Doesn't work for any weapon anymore. Previous saves have the effect still working, so going back an hour of play to retain this shout in working order.

Anyone know of any commands or anything that can fix this on the spot if it creeps up again?
