I used a fire spell,and even after changing weapons i still hear the noise that the fire makes.
When i reload an earlier save i dont have this problem,the sound is just playing on my newer ones.
I tried changing the sound to 41k and 16 bit,didn't help.
I have steam's auto update thingy on so i should have the latest version.
It's really annoying and i cant really play,help?
PS, not using any mods or anything like that,it just suddenly started.

If you have disabled vsync it can cause bizarro ambient sound problems. I don't think that's your issue, though.

Try resting for several days and see if that changes the problem. Also does it follow after fast travel or entering a new area?

You could also try rolling another effect on top of it to see if that helps like getting a blessing or using a cloak spell.

Resting does nothing,same for fast travel and entering new areas.
Going to beast form solves the problem momentarily,but i have to do it every time i use a spell or an enchanted weapon that does noise.
I'll try disabling vsync just in case..

Same problem. It sounds like some wind noise.
But going to beast form doesn't solve the problem. I also try resting, fast traveling, console command 'sixchange', disable all mods, turning on\off vsync, recasting Elemental Fury and cloak spells, dropping my weapons, reloading, quitting, dying.
With old save file the game works great, but that save really old.
