Okay, so I ran into that Jester character just northest of Whiterun, with the broken wagon. Well, I decided not to help him and he was supposedly taken in for a crime I falsely accused him of (helping out the local farmer who wanted him off the property).

So weeks later, if not months, I come back after having explored almost all of Skyrim, and it's turned out that the farmer and his wife were murdered.

Right, so I must mention that I had killed the entire Dark Brotherhood membership some weeks after having reported Cicero....

So, my question is, is this character just 'gone' from the game now? I did not kill him in the sanctuary, so I'm curious where he went, or if I've managed to vanquish him into oblivion.

if you did not kill him in the sanctuary, you did not kill him.......hence he should still be around.....

Where else would he appear? He's no longer on the road outside of Whiterun, so what town does he have a presence?

and you've checked both sanctuaries?

How do you trigger the quest to 'kill off the brotherhood'?...if it even is a quest.

Or do I just find out where they're squatting and wipe them out?
