Awkward Bug

I have this awkward bug in my game that even after multiple restarts, it still occurs. No matter who I enter the Keep with (Ralof/Hadvar), my game likes to cause the two people to just stop moving on the other side of the gate below and just say "Come on, we better get moving" and such. I tried to continue on but it showed that none of the enemy NPC's seemed to mind me and let me pass. Once when I went with Hadvar, it showed that the other side of the gate in the Barracks was all blue, like how it is on the outside of your area in the CK. Once I walked in, I just kind of fell through the floor. Don't know if I should I just attempt to continue you through the dungeon without the two or wait until this is fixed (If even). After I exited the game, and re-launched the game, it CTD'd at the main menu. Once I removed the saves, it worked just fine. But once I got to the part, it still occured. What is this, I don't even....

Likely Navmesh issue. Don't delete the save, but try making a new character without any mods plugged in (you only spend a few mins since it is start of game), save before entering the keep, and see if it recurs when you enter. If it does still go buggy with the new character and no mods, you might want to error-check your install.

If that does clear the error, however, reinstate the mods you have, load from the outside save, and see if it goes buggy again when you enter. If it does go screwy again, then remove all but one mod, and re-enter. Rinse and repeat until you see which single mods cause chaos and which don't. Then report back here with the intel on which were the troublemakers, soldier! Inquiring mod-users want to know!

Good luck!

Fixed the issue. Disabled some more mods and launched after each.
