Hey everyone,

For some reason my mouse movement stays like 0.5 seconds behind . And in first person it stutters.

My specs:
Intel Core 2 Quad Core 2.4GHz
Asus P5Q Turbo
Ati radeon HD 4850 512mb
Microsoft Windows 7
6GB RAM

I know I don't have a fast computer, but it should handle Skyrim without lag as far as I know?
I've tried:
"Vanilla" settings ranging from low to high.
Various mods that should improve performance.

The weird thing is, that it doesn't matter if I choose very low, or high settings. My fps stays around 30(fine as far as I know), but the stuttering(especially in first person) persists.

I'll be upgrading my graphics card next month or so, but untill that time I would like a more fluent game .

Nope, it is off.
Just like the vsync(if it matters).
