Screen flickering in SLI mode after new nvidia update

Hey all,

Skyrim has been fine on my computer forever. I hadn't played skyrim for about a month, and after the nvidia update I did yesterday I noticed that the game was running very poorly, then I noticed it was only running on 1 card. So i switched it over to SLI and thing were looking really good, very smooth framerate. I started a new game and had gotten to the end of the tunnel as you start walking to Riverwood.

But I seemed to notice a flicker every now and then, most of the time it was when I picked up some ingredients. Then I started noticing whenever I walked while looking down at the floor would flicker a lot.

Then I got to the small cavern before Riverwood and it started doing it a lot more there while looking at the wall of the cavern.

youtube(dot)com/watch?v=2slqI4FIFew (Can't post links....)

There is a video of it happening, usually only when I moved.

I have tested my cards on other games, it's only happening on skyrim.

EDIT: It seems it's actually affecting game-play as well, I had my bow out and the bow actually moved like it was something was affecting it. I'm thinking it's game-related now. I might re-install soon after the verify.

EDIT2: Definitely a problem with the game now, it has to be, going to re-install... not liking this...

After reinstalling the game, if the problem persists, reinstall the nVidia drivers -but this time, select "custom install". In the next step, "Perform a clean install" will become available. Tick it and it will remove all previous driver installations. All sorts of things can happen from old driver leftovers

EDIT: It appears to be fixed. I went into the nVidia Control Panel and changed the rendering mode to force 1, it has not done it yet, not counting my chickens, but it is OK so far...

This seems very silly..

I watched the youtube video posted above and this phenomenon appears to be the same as what is happening to me, but I am running on a Radeon 6000 series. It seems to happen more in areas with a lot of water. When the screen flickers, it will start to sheath my weapon with every flicker, then stop, repeat. This problem never occurred before I downloaded the latest patch and high res DLC. I'll try refreshing my drivers. Anyone have similar problems and/or ideas for solutions?
