Hey guys,

i noticed that there is another quest for Boethia called Boethiah's Bidding, id DA02KillObj, where you have to kill the Jarl of Solitude. Does anybody know how to start this quest?

its not gettable by normal means it seems only via console could be an unfinished rest of a planned but never completed quest.
and no goldbrand is not in the game even if this quest was there normally. goldbrand does not exist in skyrim since bethesda tought it was a good idea to GIMP all remaining artifacts and remove the powerful ones.
