Yo!

So I've been playing around with some lightning mods etc.
F'd up my shadows and other stuff, so I had to go play around in my .ini .

Somewhere in all this I've lost the blurred background when entering the menu (inventory etc)
Instead it's just a black screen, it annoys me, and I can't find the correct term to google to fix it so I turn to you.

How do I get my blurry backgrounds back whilst using menus etc instead of a pitch black one?
