This game runs beautifully now... and thanks to certain folks in the PC community, is probably one of the more optimized games out there.

Hmm, looks like you need quite a beast for a perfect and flawless 60, if it can be done..

@Shiva2160: that's really interesting stuff. I have to limit my fps to 60, because inside dungeons and buildings I get 62~64 fps and the game just goes bananas, and actually starts to under perform. When capped to 60 it's perfect. And it would be nice to see a result by a hardcoe oc-er. It would be interesting to see if you can actually out run the game, as in super high OC but no improvement in fps.

i use a fps limiter myself at 59FPS, seems to work wonders changing the frequency that the renderer operates at, 64/59 is so much smoother and better synchronised than 64/60. Though ive never turned off ipresetinterval off (physics issue) and still use a limiter with vsync on
8* Adaptive MSAA at ultra 2560*1440 with 8k shadows (8k pri/4k sec) and deferred=1 is sick as. no lame outdoor shadows, bliss. lol seems my shadow banding issue is fixed aswell with that config

Running 3d at 720p with lots of heavy texture mods 4x aa, 8x super sampling, 16af, fxaa post processor injector and ultra settings on everything apart from shadows which look better at below ultra settings in 3d.

60fps everywhere.

This on 4.6ghz i7, ssd, 480gtx sli, and 8gb ram. Needless to say it looks incredible.

With a system like that you're only running 720p?

why, I played oblivion with 20-40 FPS...?

anyway my GTX 570 and stock clocked 2600k slows to 45-60 frames in markarth. Im sure OC'd it would net me a few frames. Anyway, thats with ultra HD DLC and the newest skyrim HD full pack :D
