Issues with HD Texture Pack DLC? : V

I'd like to see if anyone has any problems with HD Texture Pack turned on.

So far only wierdness I've seen are the cutting blocks found next to butchers in any market. The cutting block takes on a strange pixilated purple hue.

I have a Nvidia GTX 560 Ti 2GB with driver 295.73
