So I'm in the middle of nowhere and I see the daddy dragon flying around. I try to engage but he just flies off. Now I'm standing on this big stone circle with a pillar of light coming out of it and a deep voice says: "speak if you have something worth listening to"

I tried shouting at the circle but nothing happened.

What now?

i have seen alduin near a dragon mound and the dragon not come out before. Usually if i go somewhere and come back later the dragon is flying around.

yes this is my issue too. What next?? What is this voice?? I love these Skyrim mysteries but comon, somone must have solved this??
