Rig's okay, should work.
Hopefully 1GB on the vidcard.
512MB worked for Oblivion but....
Skyrim is limited by CPU, very demanding.
Yours is... okay.
Easy settings, no antialiasing, no HD texture pack, very conservative so it runs well...
And you'll be a happy player (which is arguably more important than how it looks, though some would disagree).

Thank you. I have the game for xbox...but I have to pull alot of 24hr guard shifts and i can bring my laptop so ill prolly go grab it and use the creation kit and what not.

how do i find out if my vid card is 1gb or not?

The official requirements are wrong. A 2.0 GHz C2D isn't good enough, and a 2.3 GHz is barely the actual minimum. As has been noted repeatedly in the correct thread for this question.
