So its like this, i was doing th e quest ''Battle for Whiterun'' with the stormcloaks and when i got to the point where the jarl was defeated and i had to accept the defeat, he didnt talk.
So i was stuck there since i couldnt finish the quest, i googled it and no1 seemed to have that problem.
Anyway i used the console command to finish it and it worked but when right after the quest was finished i couldnt use weapons nor spells.
I googled this problem and only about 2 people had this problem, but there was no answer.
I have no idea what to do, i redownloaded the game but still the same problem, i made a new game and tried to load the main one from there but that didnt work either.
Help please i dont want to do everything over again.
