I was reading fix log of 1.4 patch and I could not see if the most anoying bug is fixed.; Collect bounty from Sklad that remains in the quest log after finishing the quest.

As if the people in this forum actually know for certain? We all read the same changelog you did... What's the point of this thread?

Even if it's not fixed by Beth you can bet there will be a lot of fixes by the community once the CK is released which should be real soon.

i've currently about 9 quests in my misc quest section that cannot be select and will not go away... sklad is one of them.....

I did manage to fix the jarl of riften one by forceing various setstages....

Most recently i did the farnsworth conspiracy and when it completes and takes me to prison... it would result in forever being stuck in a noncombat mode....

had to use a setstage to skil the move to jail and go straight to already being jailed.... sadly..

I installed beta 1.4 patch and it didn't fix collect bounty from Sklad. Its still there but I can't select it any more. I wish I could remove it form the console at least.

It's not only the Skald, any other Jarl in Dawnstar (depends on your gameplay) have issues. The journal may not get updated unless you redo the quests. I have done every single quests for the Jarls all over the map, but console and reset quests I can still do their quests. Except the Skald's, he is gone. It is not very big issue, but annyoing.

Did anybody find a way to fix collect bounty from Sklad?

get the ID# of the quest
open console, type resetquest ID#
(for me the ID# was BQ04, so I typed resetquest BQ04)
close the console
Save the game
Reload that save
quest should now be removed from journal.
Don't take any more work from innkeeper or Jarl of Dawnstar.

I will have try that console fix. As of right now on 1.4 I have TWO request bounty from Skalds and investigate the bohethian cultist that won't go away.

I've tried all the fixes as they've been explained, and not ONE of them works as they should. I've even studied the console commands themselves and tried numerous times to deal with it that way, and no success. Now though, the BQ0# quests no longer show up with the showquesttargets command. They are in the misc list, but the game does not list them as being in the quest list at all. That could be why the commands no longer work, as they no longer exist in the game save, just for some stupid reason the list is not updating properly. If I knew what file that was contained in I'd just delete those 4 stupid Klingons.
