Hi everybody, thanks for reading me. I have time playing PS3 Skyrim and I have a 34 level character with Conjuration 100, Alteration 94 and Destruction 81, but in College of Winterhold only Phinis Gestor sells expert level spells. I've tried everything, reload the game, buy all the spell tomes from Tolfdi, Enthir and Faralda but when they refresh their goods there's no expert level spells to sell. I have made Alteration Spell Ritual quest and Tolfdir gave to me Dragonhide spell and sells me Mass Paralisys, but no Evony Snkin or any other alteration expert level spell.
I had used Farkas from the Companios quests to level up conjuration an destruction.

Anyone else has this happened and how did you solved this ?????. Please help!!
