Ok so I was going around looking for some shouts and i found a Volkihar vampire in North shreikwind bastion by falkreath. so I was just wondering if they just put the title on to say it is more powerful that regular vampires or do they have some special abilities. It didn't look much different than the other vamps so I was thinking it might just be another level of vampirism.

yeah its just a higer lvl npc, started found lots of them when I did clavicus vile quest at lvl 49, or something like that.

ok cool. guess i was just hoping that there would be some better form of vampire to turn into and seeing that got me a little excited but oh well lol.
