So I'm trying to pickpocket the key to the windhelm house so I can hopefully start the quest but torbjorn isn't anywhere to be found in windhelm. I did the DB quest of killing his daughter so he's the only shatter-shield left and I've checked his house, palace of kings, candlehearth hall, and his office by the docks. Any info?
