Hi,

Killed all the stormcloaks at the wagon near Shor's Watchtower and talked to Hadvar who told me to go back to Rikke. When I get back to the Rift Imperial Camp, standing near Rikke triggers her saying "we will make good use of the weapons and send the coin to Solitude" and grants me 1200 gold.
If I preempt her saying it and activate her first, its the same thing.

Either way, the Regain the Rift portion is not completed and I am stuck there. Quest marker still pointing on Rikke and can't proceed to talk to either Tullius or investigate Greenwall.

Any way to fix this? I tried loading a save pre-wagon and that didn't work any differently either.

Global CWObjRIft in console is set at 0 instead of 100 but I don't know the command to set that to 100. Set CWObjRift 100 didn't work.
CWObj still on 1, nothing except 255 works and 255 is just skipping everything.

I'm having the exact same problem at the exact same point. I tried the same solution too. Went back to a previous save and tried it again, several times, and nothing. She won't give me the next phase of the chain. The arrow is still pointing at her but she won't progress the story. No idea how to fix it. And you're right, 255 just skips everything, which is not really an option to me. I want to play through the story, not just hit the "I win" button.

Anyone have any solution?

Do you know all the available stages on that quest? What does your journal say? What does it show in the console when you type sqo CWObjRIft (if that's the quest ID)
I didn't play legion, but I know that for Stormcloaks you have 2 quests, one is the main Liberate Skyrim and the other is in the Misc section, check both.

UESP lists them, but outside of 255, none of them work.

CWObjRift is a global, not a quest variable unfortunately, so I need some other function to change it. It is currently on 0, and complete would be 100. Then again, setting it to 100 would skip the greenwall portion, which I guess I could do with.

I got the global of cwobjrift by typing help cwobj 2 btw.

I'm having a similar problem except I'm at Regain Winterhold on the Imperial side. I go to report to the camp, but Rikke doesn't have the right dialogue. Tried every fix people have posted on the internet, still nothing. It's very frustrating. The only other fix given anywhere is to use console to "setstate CWObj 255" to complete the entire Reunification of Skyrim quest. But that's not really a fix at all...
